Linda Logan is the Northeast Georgia District Director

Linda Logan, Pharm.D. , BCPS, BCACP is a faculty member of the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy’s Division of Experience Programs.  Her primary responsibilities are with the Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs) for third-year pharmacy students.  Linda has a dual appointment with the College of Education working with the Counseling and Human Development Department focusing on medication use in the Counseling Center clients.  She also teaches graduate level classes in psychopharmacology. 

Linda earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at UGA in 1985 and her Pharm.D. degree in 2003 from the University of Colorado.  She has over 20 years of experience at the Medical Center of Central Georgia precepting pharmacy and medical students and residents.  She served as an adjunct professor with the Mercer University School of Medicine and is currently adjunct faculty with the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy, teaching pediatrics in the nontraditional Pharm.D. program.  She also previously worked in community pharmacy before joining the College of Pharmacy faculty. 

Linda has served on the GSHP editorial board and education committee. She is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and is active in the Leadership Development SIG.
