1. Discuss current glucose targets in managing diabetes both in hospital and outpatient settings

2. Describe the current insulin preparations on the market

3. Describe how to give variable rate IV insulin in the hospital and change to SC insulin delivery

4. Discuss when and how to initiate and titrate insulin in both Type 1 and 2 diabetes to achieve glycemic goals
