Program Format
This 60-minute live activity will be an engaging and interactive meeting will include didactic presentations and discussions.*

Simultaneously, a live web-cast of the meeting will be offered for those who can not attend the meeting in person. Participants who attend remotely via the live broadcast will be able to see and hear the speaker and presentation, and will have the ability to ask questions through their computers.*

In addition, after the live meeting has been held, a video-taped recording of the lecture (along with the slide presentation) will be made available online so participants can review/watch at their convenience.

Target Audience
This educational activity is designed for members of the Pharmacy and Nursing professions to improve knowledge in the treatment of  HIV/AIDS patients.

Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

•    List currently available antiretroviral agents in the USA

•    Recognize common adverse effects of NRTIs, NNRTIs and Fusion Inhibitor

•    Understand  management of adverse effects from NRTIs, NNRTIs and Fusion Inhibitor

•    Develop strategies to reduce the risk of adverse effects and enhance ARV adherence
